Reservation Procedure
It is very easy to reserve your “Golden Triangle Group Tour” with us. Just complete the
Booking Form by putting your information’s and preferences and it will automatically show the advance required (30% of the Total Trip). You can pay the advance online through credit cards. Balance 70 % you can pay on arrival in Delhi either in Cash ($ USD, $ AUD, $ CAD, £ POUNDS, € Euros or AED) or by Credit Cards. We accept MASTER & VISA Credit Cards.
To enable you to make the payment online, we have direct connectivity with a Secure SSL based Payment Gateway (PayUbiz is India's most comprehensive payment gateway with credit cards, debit cards and netbanking), where you can provide your card details on a secure SSL link. On-line payment by Credit Card on our site through our secured payment gateway is 100% safe. Your credit card number is not revealed to anyone and your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet.
As soon as we receive your request and payment, we will process the bookings and send you confirmation within 24 hours except for special cases. Sometimes it may take only few hours. If any of the hotels mentioned are fully booked and not available (During the peak season time or if you are booking on a short notice) we will suggest you the alternative available hotels. If you are happy with the alternative hotels, we will confirm you on definite basis. However, if you are not happy with the selection, we will process FULL REFUND. It will be credit in the same card account within 72 working hours (depending upon the our Banks and credit card issuing bank policy).
We try our best to get back to you as soon as possible and it is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 to 48 hours except for special cases (during festival periods, weekends, high season, or special events...).
Once all the hotels are confirmed, we will send you a FINAL CONFIRMATION by email.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel the reservation:

On or before 30 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 5% of invoice amount (banking fee + administration fee). |

On or before 15 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 10% of invoice amount. |
• |
Less than 15 days preceding your check-in date or No Show: No Refund. 30% advance paid will be forfeited. |

After receiving the advance payment will be sent an
Official Receipt by Email. For Cash Payment we will give you official receipt at the time of payment.
